These Terms & Services govern use of the PIZZA AND GRILL website and online ordering service, including browsing the menu, placing orders, selecting delivery or collection, making payments and contacting customer service. By using the ordering service, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and applicable Polish law.

The customer must provide accurate information necessary to process an order, including name, telephone number, email address where requested, and a complete delivery address. The customer is responsible for checking the information before submitting the order.
An order is placed when the customer completes the ordering process and submits the order through the website. Before final submission, the customer should review the selected products, quantities, delivery details, price and applicable delivery fee. An automated confirmation or order message does not remove our right to contact the customer if an operational problem affects the order.
We make reasonable efforts to keep menu names, descriptions, ingredients, prices and images accurate. Products may become temporarily unavailable. An image is illustrative and the final product may have normal presentation differences. If a selected product is unavailable, we may contact the customer to agree an appropriate solution.
Prices displayed on the website are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. The total price shown at checkout may include the applicable delivery charge and any selected extras. Prices may change, but a confirmed order will normally be handled at the price accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Delivery is available within the delivery area shown or calculated by the website. Current delivery fees and distance limits displayed at checkout apply to the order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, technical problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where collection is available, the customer should collect the order within the indicated time. For delivery, the customer should provide a reachable telephone number and be reasonably available at the delivery address. If an incorrect address or contact number is provided, or the customer cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed or an additional arrangement may be necessary.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Online card payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The customer must follow the provider’s payment instructions and must not send full card details or security codes to PIZZA AND GRILL through unsecured communication channels.
Where electronic payment is available at checkout, the customer may be redirected to a third-party payment provider or secure payment interface. Payment instructions shown at checkout must be followed. PIZZA AND GRILL does not ask customers to send full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs or other confidential payment credentials by email, social media or other unsecured channels. Bank-transfer payments must be made using the bank details displayed by the website or supplied in the order instructions.
Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for accepted cancellations and qualifying complaints are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Polish consumer law.
If an order is wrong, incomplete, substantially different from the order, damaged during delivery or otherwise problematic, the customer should contact us promptly. We may request the order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs. Complaints are assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To help us process it efficiently, the customer should provide the order number, date of purchase, contact details, a clear description of the problem and, where relevant, photographs or other evidence. We will acknowledge and assess the complaint and provide a response within 14 days from receipt where the statutory 14-day complaint-response period applies. The response will be provided on paper or another durable medium where required by law. This procedure does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Customers should review product information and communicate relevant dietary or allergy concerns before ordering. Because food is prepared in a professional kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of every allergen. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before placing the order so we can explain what information is available.
Promotions, bundles, discount codes and special prices may have individual conditions, validity periods, product restrictions or usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. If an order is refunded, an associated discount or voucher may also be cancelled to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Services removes or limits mandatory consumer rights provided by Polish law. Food prepared specifically for immediate consumption or perishable goods may be subject to statutory exceptions from the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right. Any mandatory rights relating to conformity, complaints and consumer protection remain applicable.
Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, layout, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless stated otherwise. Customers may use the website for personal ordering and browsing purposes but may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
The customer needs a compatible device, browser and internet connection to use the website. We may temporarily suspend or limit parts of the service for maintenance, security, updates or reasons outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Information required to fulfil orders may be processed and shared with relevant service providers such as payment and delivery partners where necessary for the service.
